Terms of Use

About
relivix is a mobile app operated by A Good Walk LLC ("we," "us," "relivix") for documenting sports outings (golf rounds, shooting sessions, cycling events, and races) and the trips around them. By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use relivix. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@relivix.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
relivix has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using relivix you agree not to use the service to:
- Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to share, including photos of people who haven't consented to being posted.
- Post sexually explicit material, nudity, hate speech, threats, glorification of violence, or content depicting harm to people or animals.
- Post content that is otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to: spam, scams, misleading impersonation, doxxing, or anything intended to defraud or deceive other users.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or other users' use of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to anyone else's account or data.
We act on user reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion when these rules are violated, with no obligation to provide notice. Repeated or egregious violations result in permanent termination, and we may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
Your Content
You own the content you create in relivix: your rounds, photos, videos, notes, and experiences. By using the app, you grant A Good Walk LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service for you (and, where you've chosen to share it, to your friends or to the public). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained briefly in encrypted backups on a normal rotation, and except where the content has already been shared with another user who may continue to see it as part of their own activity.
You're responsible for the legality of what you upload. Don't post other people's content without permission.
Visibility and Sharing
You control who sees your content via relivix's visibility settings (private, friends, or public). We don't make your content more public than you've chosen. We don't display your content outside the app for advertising purposes.
Subscriptions and Purchases
relivix is free to use, with optional paid features under relivix Pro. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Specifically:
- If a free trial is offered, it begins when your subscription starts and converts to a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in relivix and not by deleting your relivix account.
- Payment is charged to the payment method on your App Store or Google Play account.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's policies; we generally cannot issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
Free Tier and Ads
Free tier users may see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Pro subscribers do not see ads. We do not share your name, email, or content with advertisers, and the app does not use the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or Android Advertising ID for cross-app tracking. No Professional Advice
relivix is for personal record-keeping. Anything you store, see, or generate in the app, including AI-generated experience summaries, is not professional, medical, fitness, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own.
Intellectual Property
All features, design, source code, the "relivix" name and mark, the logo, and any other content created by A Good Walk LLC belong to A Good Walk LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app or its components without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by these terms or applicable law.
Service Changes & Availability
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that all features will remain available, or that any specific data will be preserved indefinitely. We may change, add, or remove features at our discretion. Where a change materially reduces what subscribers receive, we'll act in good faith to notify subscribers and offer a reasonable remedy.
Termination
You can stop using relivix at any time. You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing us. See the deletion page for details. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms or where required by law. Sections that reasonably should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) survive.
Disclaimers
The app and all content within it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Good Walk LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid to us for relivix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded relivix from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and A Good Walk LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and A Good Walk LLC agree to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights. If you reside in a jurisdiction where this clause is not enforceable, the courts of your jurisdiction may have concurrent authority.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where reasonable, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of relivix after a change means you accept the revised terms.
