Delete your account
You can delete your Relivix account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app, or by emailing us if you can't access it.
From inside the app (fastest)
Open Relivix and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. After you confirm, your account and everything tied to it is permanently removed within seconds.
By email
If you can't sign in, send an email from the address tied to your Relivix account and we'll process the deletion for you.
support@relivix.appDeletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you just want a break, you can stop using the app. Your data stays put until you decide to delete it.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently removed:
- Your profile, name, email, and avatar
- All rounds, scores, and hole-by-hole data you've logged
- All experiences, itinerary items, and notes
- Every photo and video you've uploaded (deleted from our storage)
- Your friends list, friend requests, comments, and reactions
- Achievements you've earned
- Push notification tokens and notification history
- Your authentication record at our identity provider (Auth0)
- If you signed in with Apple, your Apple Sign In refresh token is also revoked
Subscriptions
If you have an active Relivix Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Apple and Google control billing, not us. Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account, otherwise it will keep renewing.
Timeline
In-app deletion happens immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days, with a confirmation sent once complete. Data may persist briefly in encrypted backups (up to 30 days) before being fully purged on our normal rotation.
Records we are legally required to keep (for example, financial records of a subscription purchase) may be retained for the period required by law.
